Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Limited（PPL）, locates in Dalian Economic and Technical Development Zone, is the joint venture between Pfizer Inc and Pfizer Investment Co., Ltd. With a total investment of US$60.4 million and a registered capital of US$50.4 million, PPL is one of the earliest foreign joint ventures of pharmaceutical industry to invest in China on a large scale.
PPL is equipped with world advanced manufacturing and testing facilities. PPL manufactures all sorts of dosage forms, differing from capsules, oral tablets, sachets and aseptic powder injections in sterile vials. Comprehensive professional quality control and first-class testing measures guarantee the high quality of all Pfizer’s products. PPL gained the first GMP certificate (No.1) issued by China Certification Committee for Drugs in April of 1997. All PPL products meet and in some cases surpass the standards of China and US Pharmacopoeia.
