职位描述
Key Responsibilities / Performance Requirements:
? Responsible for all marketing efforts for DHgate Mobile business unit including paid ads, conversion optimization, EDM, coupon, etc.
? Plan and execute marketing strategy and best practices across various platforms and social communities
? Work with internal stakeholders to formulate and test new ideas that improve GMV and user acquisition
? Liaise with the social Marketing, Biz Dev, Operations, and Product teams to support company initiatives
? Execute on new ideas, start to finish, with appropriate partners and feedback from peers/executives
? Generate reports for senior management team
Required Skills:
? BA/BS in a quantitative field
? 2-5 years’ experience executing and optimizing direct response campaigns with a proven ability to increase ROI
? Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
? Be self-motivated, able to execute on new ideas and see projects through start to finish
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Advanced knowledge of Excel
? Hard-working and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing
? Experience with direct reports and managing a marketing team a plus
? Experience with web analytics such as Google Analytics a plus
