- 第一关猎头:猎头足足撩了40分钟,从项目经验到执行细节,考察项目的真实性和体会。
第二关HR:HR用了足足1个小时来做电话面试,内容和猎头有一些重叠,但更加细节。同时引入了对服务产品销售的理念探讨。
第三关Line Manager:是一个很务实的销售冠军型的人,很直接,大约用时60分钟。从客户群体入手和销售方式入手比较多。具有一定压力面试的形态。
第四关Group Manager:纯北京爷们,关注过往项目经验、客单价、职业规划等。大约40分钟。
第五关HRBP:和善的小姐姐,电话面试,用了30分钟。 - 面试官提的问题:

2、如何影响客户?
3、最受挫的事情?
4、最大的优点?
5、职业规划?
6、如何做好公司内部职能部门之间的沟通?

- 1. Actively promote service portfolio in assigned market. Develop the relationship and business to realize the budget and targets set (incl. OR, EBIT, Revenue and GM) and to maximize profitable growth for ABB in service.

3. Promote service products & develop service market.
4. Control the whole service sales and order handling processes to ensure compliance implementation.
