  工作心得[Summer Intern]：

  I am a student from China Hong Kong, and worked as a summer intern in BEA before. My supervisors were very nice. I interned with the HR department during that time. Compared to our HR work, my job duties varied a lot, and I am grateful that my supervisors treated me very well, who was willing to provide me more challenging work to do rather than simply input data. During that time, I did a project work about the training needs, which enabled me to learn more about how is the operation of HR department in a bank. Thanks to the support from my supervisors, I felt that they cared me a lot, and therefore I was given many learning opportunity during that period.
