1. 基本是behavior 的问题, 一定要事前准备答案, 记熟, 但回答的时候不要有背的痕
迹, 可以中间停一停,假装想一想. 回答问题要说清楚, 慢一点没关系, 最怕说得太快
人家听不清.
2. 一定要记住对方的名字, 在面试开始和结束时,准确清晰地叫出对方的名字. 这个很
重要. 后来的面试问题已经很熟了, 我就重点记面试者的名字, 为了发音准确还查过字
典.
3. 多参加几次面试很有帮助, 所以对于想去的公司一定要排在最后.
最后, 我想告诉大家的是: 找工作要有耐心, 开始被拒总是很灰心,要坚持不要放弃,
一定会成功的. 还要记住,有付出才有收获, 整天怨天尤人是没有帮助的. 我就想我的
功课那么难我都学得下来, 为什么面试我搞不定呢?我认真准备了40道题, 20多页的答
案 (在这里感谢老公帮了很大的忙), 买了一本top ten的面试畅销书 (perfect
phrases for the perfect interview) by carole martin, 从头到尾看了两遍, 好的
用法都在书上划了线, 并且溶合进我的答案里. 第一次on site之前, 我借了8盒录像带
, 4盘dvd 天天看,天天琢磨. 尽管我的第一次on site失败了(12 candidates, 只要3-4
个人) , 但从那以后我就对自己有了信心.

之所以说是处女面，主要是因为是偶第一次面case～刚刚接到mercer电话，让我明天去笔试～
不过还是高兴不起来，这几天我真的心情很差劲。最重要是我的计划不能被follow。我讨厌改变计划。讨厌极了。
唉，还是先追溯一下昨天的面试吧。
首先是在学校的曲折。我中午特意去剪了刘海，剪得很丑而且很贵，可见大家不要去南门外的审美，真是不怎么样。
然后就回来改简历。把asipac去掉了。真讽刺啊。然后我就把它转成pdf准备去打印。结果发现我换了4台打印机白白花了好多钱之后，居然是乱码。怎么也打印不出来。我耽误了好多时间之后终于决定放弃了。这时候已经很晚了，我只好打车去。
花了15大洋后我终于到了五道口。一路上利用做地铁的时间我准备了self introduction, 和针对简历的几个问题。基本上是按照我传统的背景+做了什么+学到什么的模式。不过这些问题我很少真正派上用场过，唯一的一次被msn面还面得烂七八糟，不过也正是那次让我知道我自己原来pass的面试只不过是因为运气好，其实我的技巧还是很成问题的。anyway, 不要跑题了～
然后我就是到了mercer。进去发现很多人已经在等了。我坐下，和旁边的人搭讪，准备了我自己的名牌，折好。然后就被叫进去了。
题目: 有一艘船，触礁，全体船员都到一艘橡皮划艇上。正东南方100海里有陆地。有15样东西，按照重要性排序。个别船员身上有火柴，气体打火机和香烟。无领导小组讨论。25分钟讨论，5分钟presentation然后1分钟用英语互相评价。我记得的东西：饮用水，防雨布，巧克力，压缩饼干，指南针，航海图，防鲨剂，救生圈，二锅头，细缆绳，剃须刀，收音机，镜子，蚊帐，机油，钓鱼工具。
我们有一个time keeper，一个人主动在白板上写下来顺序。我们在混乱了一阵后终于决定每个人都先看材料五分钟。我在这五分钟里面大致把东西分了3类，并且有了framework。开始说话后我迅速提出了我的framework，得到了大家的认可。我们开始制定了原则讨论。首先是饮用水，然后是救生圈，然后是指南针。按照重要性排序。然后我们又把认为最没用的几个东西放在最后面。然后就开始加入剩下的。最后我们剩下五分钟的时候已经结束了讨论。然后我整理了一下presentation的思路。开始讲。我讲的。
最后是相互评价。我们组一共7个人，4个选了我是最佳表现，2个投了人大mm，还有一个投了另一个男生。我问了一下下一轮是什么，被告知是笔试。于是～我明天要去kerry center again....
