面试过程：

我后来发现不同的城市不同的渠道面试过程还不一样，我是应届生，通过校招进去的。晚上参加宣讲会，完了之后笔试专业知识，然后回去等通知，第二天早上本来说要1对1老外英文面试的，后来不知道为什么，变成了HR面。还问了前天笔试题的内容，幸好我晚上有去查。大概过了两周之后进行的群面，就是案例分析，其实就是看你在里面起到的作用，不一定是leader，但是你的思路要清晰，我当时还有一个被表扬的点就是我主动把话语权给了一个不怎么讲话的人，算是兼顾整个 team吧，反正其实就是要看你是否积极主动的去承担一些责任，整个team的合作如何，如果大家陷入了死循环或跑题了，你有没有及时的纠正后来就是工厂一日游，然后总监面试。然后就发offer了，我们的校招时间每年都很慢，我那年是元旦给的offer吧

面试官问的面试题：

研发比较重视技术方面，所以专业问题肯定必不可少的。总监面试主要就是网上很多的宝洁八大问类型，比如自己的优缺点啦，别人怎么评价你啦，过去一年最自豪的事情啦，等等
