第一轮是技术主管和HR二对一，第二轮是香港的主管电话面试，第一轮面完再做笔试题，都是英文题，题量较大，要两三个小时；第二轮电话面试全英文，因为主管在香港，显示自我介绍，然后问了PYTHON相关问题，包括正则表达式、解析日志等等

What is the value, or saying contribution , you added to your team ? 3.Please show me an example of difficult problem ( not a defect ) you encountered in your daily work , how you analyze it , how you resolve the problem , in details . 4.Is there any improvement you’ve done to the project , like process ,documentation , and how you make the rest of team to use this improvement . 5.Why would you like to take this role / Why would be you interested in this role? 6.Do you have any questions for me or Jason ? 7.What do you know about this position, do you know your job?
