职位描述

岗位职责:


1. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

1.) Daily Financial Transactions
Cash Management, Bank duties with CMB and SMBC

2.) Monthly salary calculations

3.) Reimbursement Management

4.) Support the monthly reporting to Finance department and HR department

5.) J-Sox files management

6.) Contact Window from CCC to IT department for the NBCS project

7.) Board of Director Management

任职要求:

2. PERSON REQUIREMENT任职资格

- Bachelor Degree in Finance
- Trustworthy and confidential person
- Bachelor degree from at high level university, in a finance and accounting profession.
- Working experience in a finance department or bank, preferably in an international company would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge with standard software packages (MS Windows, MS Office).
- English as foreign language fluently both oral and writing. Additional language skills (preferably Japanese) would be seen as additional benefit.
- Open minded character, outgoing, good communication skills, must be able to work within a team, self motivating ability, able to work self responsible, demanding for success and results, trustful character.
- Must be motivated to continuously improve skills and to accept new work contents.
- Ability to work in an international working environment.
